Thomas Wirth worked for several years as a foreign exchange dealer with a major Swiss bank. This was followed by six years at a Big 4 company where he worked as a bank auditor. He has worked for Grant Thornton since 2005 and has been a partner and auditor with responsibility for banks, securities dealers and collective capital investments since 2006.

Thomas Wirth is a certified accountant and holds a Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA). He is an auditing expert recognised by the Swiss Federal Audit Oversight Authority (FAOA) and a registered accountant in Liechtenstein. In addition, he holds specialist law licences for the auditing of banks and securities dealers, collective capital investments, asset managers of collective capital investments and representatives of foreign collective capital in-vestments.
